About Our Services

What Types of CAD Drafting Projects Does USA Drafts Man handle?

We handle virtually every type of CAD drafting project in the construction industry. That includes residential floor plans, commercial construction documents, industrial plant drawings, civil site plans, BIM/Revit models, structural drawings, shop drawings, as built documentation, blueprint preparation and CAD conversion from scanned or hand drawn sketches. If it involves technical drawing for a construction project, we can handle it.

Absolutely. This is one of our most requested services. Homeowners, small contractors and independent designers often come to us with hand drawn concepts, scanned sketches, or rough PDFs. We convert them into clean, dimensioned, code compliant CAD files. Just upload your sketch and we will give you a quote within one business hour.

We work across a wide range of industry standard platforms: AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Civil 3D, Siemens NX, Inventor, Creo and more. We deliver files in the format you need DWG, RVT, PDF, DXF, or IFC so you do not have to do any conversion on your end. Just tell us your preference when you upload your project.

Our team consists of professionally trained and certified CAD drafters with extensive experience in construction documentation. We are not a licensed architectural or engineering firm. In jurisdictions where drawings must be stamped by a licensed architect or engineer, you will need to arrange for that stamp separately. Most clients pair our drafting work with their architect or engineer of record for the stamp, our precise, organized drawings make that process faster and more affordable.

Turnaround Time & Process

How Quickly Can You Deliver My Drawings?

Our standard turnaround is 24 hours for most residential projects and 48 hours for larger commercial or industrial sets. For urgent situations, we offer emergency 12 hour turnaround at a priority rate. The clock starts as soon as you upload your files and we confirm the project scope. We will give you an exact delivery time when you submit your request.

Here is exactly how it works: Step 1 you upload your project files through our secure portal. Step 2 a project manager reviews your submission and contacts you within 1 business hour with a quote and estimated delivery time. Step 3 once you approve, a dedicated drafter is assigned to your project. Step 4 we deliver your completed drawings on time. Step 5 if you need any revisions, we complete them within 4 hours at no extra charge.

Every project includes free revisions until you are completely satisfied with the drawings. We do not count revisions or charge per round of changes. If something does not match your requirements, we fix it. This is part of how we maintain our 97% satisfaction rate.

Pricing & Value

How Much Do Your CAD Drafting Services Cost?

Pricing is based on project complexity, scope and turnaround time rather than a flat rate. A simple residential floor plan starts at a fraction of what an in house drafter or architectural firm would charge for the same work. We provide a clear, written quote before any work begins, no hidden fees, no surprise invoices. Upload your project details and get a quote within 1 business hour.

Yes. Clients who send us repeat projects or who have consistent drafting volume are eligible for priority pricing and dedicated account management. If you are an architectural firm, general contractor, or developer with ongoing drafting needs, contact us to discuss a retainer or volume arrangement that works for your workflow.

Yes, significantly. When you factor in salary, benefits, software licenses, equipment and ongoing training for an in house drafter, the annual cost can exceed $80,000. Our clients consistently save more than 30% on operational drafting costs by outsourcing to us. You pay for the work done, not for the down time between projects.

Quality & Compliance

What is ISO 9001 Certification and Why Does It Matter?

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It means our processes from how we take on a project to how we deliver and review it follow a documented, audited and continuously improved system. For you, that translates to predictable quality, fewer errors and consistent results whether you are sending us your 1st project or your 100th.

If drawings are rejected due to an error on our part, we will revise and resubmit at no charge and with top priority. We stand behind our work. In the rare event of a plan check correction letter that references something in our drawings, send it to us and we will address every item on the correction list.
