These Terms and Conditions govern your use of USA Drafts Mman’s website and services. By submitting a project, placing an order, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing USA Drafts Man or submitting any project request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Client Responsibilities
By submitting a project to USA Drafts Man, you confirm that:
- You Have the Legal Right to Share All Files, Documents, and Information Provided to Us
- All Measurements, Specifications, and Reference Data You Provide Are Accurate and Complete to The Best of Your Knowledge
- You Will Not Submit Any Materials that Infringe on Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights
- You Will Use Completed Drawings in Compliance with All Applicable Laws, Codes, and Regulations
- You Are Responsible for Obtaining Any Required Professional Stamps, Permits, or Regulatory Approvals
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed drawings are transferred to the client for use in the described project. USA Drafts Man retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement. USA Drafts Man retains all rights to its internal methods, templates, and processes.
Confidentiality
USA Drafts Man treats all client project files as confidential. We do not share your files, plans, or project details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete your project using approved subcontractors who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Limitation of Liability
USA Drafts Man’s liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from delays, drawing errors, permit rejections unrelated to our work, or any downstream impacts on construction schedules or budgets.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Description of Services
USA Drafts Man provides professional CAD drafting, design documentation, BIM modeling, CAD conversion, and related technical drawing services for construction and engineering projects. Specific deliverables are described in each project quote or service agreement.
Project Acceptance and Quotes
All projects begin with a written quote. Work begins only after the client’s written approval of the quote. USA Drafts Man reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
Revisions
USA Drafts Man provides free revisions for corrections that fall within the originally agreed project scope. Revisions that represent scope changes (new rooms, structural changes, significant redesign) may be subject to additional charges, which will be quoted separately before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing. For large or complex projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins. Late payments beyond 15 days from invoice date may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. USA Drafts Man reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment is received.
Turnaround Times
Quoted turnaround times are estimates based on normal project conditions and complete receipt of all required client materials. Delays caused by incomplete information, slow client responses, or scope changes are not the responsibility of USA Drafts Man.
Changes to These Terms
USA Drafts Man reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
